Great Northern launches Super Crisp

Great Northern Original has been embraced by Queenslanders and has grown year on year since its launch in 2010, in fact it’s the fastest growing brand in QLD.

The new variant, Great Northern Super Crisp, has been developed for the national market. “It’s a modern brew with a contemporary look. It’s easy drinking with a fruity aroma and is aimed right where we’re seeing growth,” said CUB’s Mick McKeown said.

Great Northern Super Crisp is rolling down the line and into venues and warehouses across Australia from this month. “This brand is a success because it has been so well supported by our customers in Queensland – and the drinkers like it too,” he said.

In Queensland, Great Northern Original will be available along with Great Northern Super Crisp. Elsewhere across the country, only Great Northern Super Crisp will be available.

Great Northern Original with its white marlin on the bottle is a contemporary full strength lager with a clean and dry finish and 4.2% abv.

Great Northern Super Crisp is also a contemporary lager with a subtle bitterness, mild fruity aroma and refreshing light finish – perfect for our climate. It features a black marlin on the bottle and is 3.5% abv.
