Have Your Say – Join the 2026/27 GCSFC Committee!
The Gold Coast Sportfishing Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up on Thursday, 12th February 2026, and this year, we’re casting the net wide for new committee members and support roles to help lead the club into another exciting year.
Venue: Gold Coast Sportfishing Clubhouse, Marine Parade, Southport
Time: 6:30pm start
The AGM is more than just a meeting — it’s your opportunity to get involved, shape the future of the club, and help continue the legacy of events like the Flathead Classic, Wilson Elite, Snapper Classic and our regular club nights and fishing comps.
We’re Looking for Passionate Members to Join the Team
Every great club thrives on fresh energy and ideas, and we’re inviting members from all backgrounds — whether you’re a seasoned angler or new to the club — to step up and get involved.

Each year at the AGM, all committee positions are declared open.

We encourage members to put their hand up if they’re interested in getting involved, learning new skills, or simply contributing to the ongoing success of the club.
